Another feature of exercise is that not only during exercise the consumption of fat becomes fast but also this feeling remains same after exercise. So if you are jogging for 10 minutes because of that in a normal condition your body will burn 90-120 calories more as compared to a normal person who doesn’t exercise. After exercise the consumption speed varies individually. For some individuals it is more, for some it is less .This must be a new thing for the reader and the reason for this is that this research on exercise and consumption of fat is absolutely new. Till 1970, in the countries of Europe, very few people used to spend active healthy life style. With increase in age their activities started to reduce.The topic of this research was those people who in spite of increase in their age wanted to spend an active healthy lifestyle. So these kinds of people gave an opportunity to scientist for research and study. And scientists were able to study effects of exercise on consumption of fat and metabolic system. Regarding the facts The Royal College of Physicians have confirmed that in a week, 20 minutes of continuous and calm exercise make the heart and veins able to continue with his everyday activities. Due to this a person gets the feeling of happiness and energy. So an exercise for  particular time make you feel healthy and relaxes you. This kind of exercise is termed as anabolic or catabolic exercise. 

Jogging; an excellent exercise:                            In my view jogging is an excellent exercise provided if it’s done for continuous 10 minutes and it is very cheap which every person can afford for the whole year. In the start for some time some, distance should be covered by walking and then while running. Same is the case with swimming As you know that our body needs oxygen as a fuel burner for consuming our food. The more exercise you get the more flame of oxygen burns our food. You must have experienced that blowing wind towards the fire also makes it blows faster. Similarly the blowing of wind in the lungs makes the process of consumption of food faster and turns it into energy. The more the oxygen is taken in and out of the body the metabolic system will automatically burn more food and will create a kind of balance which will confirm that the more fuel there is the more fire we will get.As mentioned that dieting makes metabolic system speed slow. It will decrease the body metabolic rate and body will take less oxygen for itself. It is absolutely confirm that only anabolic exercises use those cells and fatness. This kind of things work which labors and farmer do in fields, factories and forests. Shepherds, mountain climbers who carry a lot of weight when they are old their health is amazing and their bodies are an absolute symbol of health and fitness. Whereas the people in cities and especially those people who love enjoying and relaxing complain about fatness. Since our villagers work continuously so their health and energy is amazing in old age and they have absolutely perfect young life. So I advise persons that don’t let your red cells turn into fat cells and exercise regularly throughout your life.
