Doing exercise
once a week will also be considered a habit but with it you will barely
benefit from the countless benefits of exercise.Select a good exercise
which you can do daily and benefit from while enjoying it.
Without good habits, attaining
success in life, rather even living is difficult.Walking is a simple
example.Think over it!If you will have to think before walking every
step that whether you have to take the step or not, or if you have to
think how much time each step will take and when to put it back on the
ground then even walking a few steps will become difficult for you.At
that time you will not be able to think about anything else and will
also not be able to concentrate on it rather you will become extremely
tired.
Provided that there is nothing
unusual, normally a child learns to walk before one and a half years of
age. Once you set out for a destination then on the way you can look at
the bazaar and also your other surroundings; you can talk with your
companion in travel and once you reach your destination you can think
about what you have to do upon reaching there. Even then your feet will

habits strong. The contractions of the stomach, sleeping and waking up,
timings of sleeping, waking and eating; these and additionally there are

punctuality will help you in developing many good habits.There is no
doubt that discipline and punctuality is good for you and your health

DIET: It is

SLEEP:If your
sleeping requirements are not fulfilled then you will feel sluggish and
tired and if you do not sleep properly every night, then there is an
impact on your activeness and in order to stay healthy you need to help
yourself. Sleep is necessary for your health.Some of your habits have a
negative impact on your sleep.Sleeping on time holds great importance.On
the average seven to eight hours of sleep is necessary for a person.
EXERCISE:The habit
of doing exercise is also a good habit. Doing exercise once a week will
also be considered a habit but with it you will barely benefit from the
countless benefits of exercise.Select a good exercise which you can do
daily and benefit from while enjoying it and can include in your routine
with a sense of energy and freshness.Stand in an open ground and take
deep breaths which are very good for health.Breathing in fresh air
clears up your blood.
BATH:Taking bath as a
habit will give you a feeling of well being. Regardless of whether you
take a bath to stay clean or to speed up your blood circulation....you
will definitely feel fresh. People who have jobs of nature where they
sweat a lot or people who do exercise that makes them sweat more should
bathe daily; taking a shower is also suitable for them.If you are among
the few people for whom a hot bath is necessary for increasing blood
circulation in their legs and feet then you should bath right before
sleeping.With this you will feel a lot of comfort in your feet and legs
and you will also have a good sleep.
As a habit, washing your hands and
face daily and combing your hair makes you admired in society and you
feel relaxed and attractive.Putting oil in your hair and doing a light
massage is also good for hair and the brain.These things are very useful
for the brain’s health because a person who doesn’t feel that he is
himself or who considers himself to be unwanted becomes mentally ill.In
case of mental health, it is necessary to remember that those people
become psychological patients who stay lost in themselves or whose
flight is limited to their own world only.One way of keeping yourself
healthy mentally is to stay on the lookout for ways to help

teeth regularly, like combing and washing your hands and face is
necessary but physical health is more affected by cleanliness of the
teeth.Good teeth, help in the development of good health.Washing your
hands and keeping your nails cleans also falls in this category as a
person with dirty hands and nails is not acceptable by the society.Apart
from that, there are also great chances of it impacting their health.
